Who We Are
Ample Extrusion is a leading manufacturer of aluminium extrusion profiles based in Gujarat, India. Since our inception in 2007, we have been committed to delivering precision-engineered aluminium profiles that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Our state-of-the-art facility houses a 1450 M.T. fully automated extrusion press with backward integration through Ample Aluminium — a 650 M.T. casting facility. This vertical integration gives us complete control over raw material quality and supply chain reliability.
We serve architects, fabricators, builders, OEMs, and industrial manufacturers across India and export markets, providing architectural profiles, industrial sections, door & window systems, and custom extrusions across 8 product lines.

In-House Die Shop
Our own die design and manufacturing facility enables rapid tooling development, die correction, and maintenance — reducing lead times significantly.
Automated Puller & Run-Out
Belted run-out tables with automated puller ensure profiles exit the die without distortion, maintaining straightness and surface quality.
Quench & Cooling System
Air and water quenching systems precisely control the cooling rate to achieve required T5 and T6 temper mechanical properties.
Precision Cutting
High-speed circular cross-cut saws deliver burr-free, square cuts to exact customer lengths across full production volumes.

Hardness Testers
Rockwell, Webster, and Brinell hardness testing confirms correct temper designation (T5, T6, etc.).
Optical Emission Spectrometer
100% chemical composition verification on every cast billet ensures alloy grade compliance.
Dimensional Inspection
Profile gauges, micrometers, and CMM ensure dimensional accuracy to ±0.1mm tolerance.
