World-Class Extrusion Infrastructure
Engineered for scale and extreme dimensional fidelity. Our integrated 3-acre facility houses dual extrusion press lines (1450 MT & 650 MT), backward-integrated hot-top alloy casting (Ample Aluminium), in-house precision die engineering, and continuous automated heat treatment lines.
Engineered for Precision & Scale
Every workstation in our production loop is purpose-built to eliminate distortion, preserve grain boundaries, and maintain strict wall thickness uniformity across high-volume production cycles.
Advanced Press Line (1450 MT & 650 MT)
Powered by robust 1450 MT & 650 MT extrusion presses integrated with fully automated systems to maintain precise dimensional tolerances, high production efficiency, and consistent profile geometry across batch runs.
Automated Handling & Run-Out System
Features an advanced automatic puller and heat-resistant belted run-out system. Minimizes manual handling, ensuring aluminum profiles remain perfectly straight, distortion-free, and 100% scratch-free during hot handling.
Smart Billet Heating & Hot Log Shear
Equipped with a multi-zone, automatic temperature-controlled furnace integrated with a hot log shear to cut billets precise to length at elevated temperatures, optimizing material utilization and thermal consistency.
In-House Casting & Melting (Ample Aluminium)
Utilizes modern hot-top casting technology to produce premium-grade aluminum billets. Ensures uniform grain structure, minimal impurities, and superior surface finish for demanding architectural and engineering profiles.
Controlled Cooling & Quench System
Utilizing high-efficiency water and air quenching mechanisms. Precise cooling rates allow us to achieve exact mechanical properties, hardness levels, and structural strength (temper specifications: T4, T5, T6).
Precision Cutting & Saws
Equipped with high-speed finish cut saws and automatic billet cutters. Ensures accurate cut-to-length execution with clean, burr-free edges, ready for immediate assembly or further precision processing.
In-House Die Manufacturing
Modern in-house die shop fully equipped with advanced CNC and Wire EDM machinery, alongside heavy-duty Milling machine, Lathe machine, Surface Grinding machine, and Hacksaw machines for rapid die turnaround and modification.
The Extrusion Process Flow
From raw virgin ingots to custom-cut, age-hardened profiles — every step is monitored by digital sensors and inline metallurgical quality checks.
Alloy Formulation & Casting
High-purity primary aluminium ingots melted and hot-top cast to exact alloy grades (6063, 6061, 6082, 6060, 6005) with 100% OES spectrochemistry verification.
Smart Heating & Hot Shearing
Multi-zone temperature-controlled furnace heats billets to 450°C–500°C. Integrated hot log shear cuts billets precisely to length without thermal distortion.
Dual Press Extrusion & Quench
Hydraulic pressure (1450 MT & 650 MT) forces plasticized metal through precision tooling. Automated pullers draw profile across runout while water/air spray quenches.
Belted Handling & Stretch Correction
Heat-resistant belted tables ensure 100% scratch-free handling. Hydraulic stretchers remove residual internal stress and ensure straightness within ±0.1mm.
Artificial Ageing (T5/T6)
Profiles loaded into calibrated batch ageing ovens at 175°C–205°C for controlled precipitation hardening to achieve target UTS, yield, and Brinell hardness.
Mechanical & Metrology QA
Batch samples undergo tensile validation on our computerized UTM, Webster & Brinell hardness checks, and optical dimensional verification against IS 733.
Finishing & Anodizing
Surface pre-treatment and finishing: architectural anodizing (up to 25 microns), premium powder coating (Qualicoat standard), or smooth mill finish.
Protective Packing & Dispatch
Spiral film wrapping, protective corner cushions, wooden batten boxing, and official Mill Test Certificate (MTC) generation for 100% batch traceability.
Technical Parameters
Our technical envelope covers delicate micro-sections for electronic enclosures up to heavy structural channels, solar frames, and wide-span curtain wall profiles.
