Motor Body Profiles
High-efficiency extruded aluminium motor body casings with longitudinal cooling fins engineered for submersible pumps, servo drives, and electric motors.
Engineering & Performance Highlights
The AE Motor Body Profile series provides high-integrity extruded aluminium casings for electric motor stators, submersible pumps, and industrial drives (die series 200526). Extruded on our 1,450 MT fully automated press using 100% virgin alloy ingots, these tubular sections feature dense, pore-free microstructures that deliver leak-tight reliability for submersible applications and superior thermal conductivity (>200 W/m·K) for rapid motor heat rejection. External longitudinal cooling ribs maximize convective airflow, while precise circular bore dimensions allow fast CNC finish-turning and stator core interference fit.
Key Engineering Advantages
- Precision-extruded circular internal bore designed for CNC finish-turning and stator press-fit
- Longitudinal external cooling fins maximizing convective heat rejection from motor windings
- High-purity virgin alloy with thermal conductivity exceeding 200 W/m·K
- Pore-free microstructure ensuring leak-tight performance for submersible pump duty
- Tight concentricity and wall-thickness consistency conforming to IS 1285 / IS 733
- Superior machinability for end-cover mounting flanges, terminal boxes, and footings
